Elishia - Jim's Dog Wash Narangba
Elishia washed our dogs today and what an awesome job she did. My husband was home at the time and we are very happy with the result. We have booked the dogs in for their next wash already. I will contact Elishia via email to personally thank her, but I will get to meet her on her next visit.
It was only by chance that I came across your company when I saw one of the Dog Wash vans on my recent errands. I liked the look of the little van and thought yes I will give them a go, looks are very important to us. So congratulations to the company for making a product that stands out.
I can't wait to meet Elishia on her next visit, our dogs are currently sleeping on their mats in the Lounge Room and they are smelling nice and clean still. We have had many companies over the years wash our dogs and have always reverted back to doing it ourselves as the dogs have stunk within 5 minutes of being washed. I was so happy to see them fluffy from the blow dry. We have been looking for someone to groom the dogs in summer as well and we will certainly be booking that in early with Elishia, she was saying to my husband she gets booked out early.

Thankyou for your quick response too, we were at wits end as to what to do, Zack and Simba being 14 cannot be washed with a hose in this cold weather.

Kelly - Jim's Dog Wash Wyndham Vale
It was great to have a groomer turn up on the day and time they said they would.
We haven't had a great experience with mobile Dog groomers before and we were a little nervous trying another one. But when Kelly turned up on time as agreed on the phone in a beautifully presented trailer we started to feel pretty happy that we had made the right decision.
Our dog 'Jesse', hasn't always been happy to be washed and has been known to be a little "challenging", but the way Kelly looked after him was fantastic, he seemed to be at ease right away and the job Kelly does is great too!
We have used Kelly a couple of times now and it appears that Jesse loves his washes now too...... as soon as Kelly gets here he runs straight up to Kelly's car and can't wait to get in the trailer for his bath.
